INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I offer 50-minute individual therapy sessions designed to provide personalized, trauma-informed care. I offer bicoastal services, providing flexibility to clients across both coasts. Most of my sessions are virtual, conducted via a secure Zoom link, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your home, office, or even your car.
I also offer in-person sessions at my office space in Beverly Hills, available upon request and based on availability. On special occasions, I offer in-person sessions in New York City, depending on my travel schedule and availability. Please inquire directly for more details about in-person sessions in NYC.
Intake sessions typically take 90 minutes, as they provide the opportunity for a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment to understand your unique needs, background, and goals for therapy. This in-depth process ensures that we can create a tailored treatment plan to support your healing journey effectively.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and heal from past trauma. One of the key components of EMDR is bilateral stimulation, which can be facilitated through eye movements, sounds, or tactile stimulation. Many of my clients prefer to use the Angel Tap or Tappers during in-person sessions, which gently guides this bilateral stimulation process and helps support your healing during EMDR work.
The effectiveness of EMDR lies in its ability to target the root causes of trauma and help the brain rewire the way memories and emotions are stored. It’s particularly helpful for those struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related conditions.
Throughout this process, we will take it at your pace. Some clients come into therapy and are ready to begin reprocessing traumatic memories within the first few weeks or months. For others, it may take up to a year or more to feel prepared to dive into this work. There is no right or wrong timeline. Your nervous system will guide you, and we will move forward in a way that feels safe and manageable for you.
FAMILY THERAPY
In Family Therapy, the intake session for adult family members will involve all participants to identify the primary issue, gather familial history, and gain a deeper understanding of the family dynamics. This session sets the foundation for our work together.
Throughout the therapy process, I often split family members into dyads to facilitate targeted healing within specific relationships before we come back together as a larger family system. This approach allows us to address individual connections and work on improving them before expanding the focus to the entire family.
In this work, you can expect to explore family system roles, uncover underlying generational patterns and wounds, and examine attachment styles. Together, we will work towards repairing connections, fostering healthier communication, and building greater understanding and cohesion within the family.
GROUP THERAPY
Group therapy provides a supportive and safe space where individuals can connect with others who are facing similar challenges. In this setting, you’ll engage in shared experiences, receive feedback from peers, and offer support to others in the group. The group dynamic can foster feelings of connection, reduce isolation, and help individuals recognize that they are not alone in their struggles. While vulnerable and often frightening to share space with others, true healing happens in community and connection.
Struggling with your mental health can be an isolating experience. These group spaces are curated to connect individuals and break the stigma of healing in isolation.
Most group sessions are 75-90 minutes long, allowing enough time for meaningful interaction, exploration, and processing. Group therapy is an evidence-based practice that has been shown to be highly effective in treating a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. It offers a unique opportunity for participants to practice social skills, enhance emotional regulation, and gain insight from both the therapist and fellow group members. The shared learning experience allows individuals to see different perspectives, normalize their experiences, and build resilience through collective support.
Embodied Healing: A Continuation Group for Survivors of Sexual Assault
Embodied Healing is an ongoing virtual support group designed for individuals who have previously engaged in trauma therapy or group work and are seeking continued healing in community. This space offers survivors of sexual assault a compassionate, structured, and trauma-informed environment to deepen their self-awareness, explore relational dynamics, and reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive setting.
Each 60–75 minute session includes a blend of grounding exercises, somatic tools, psychoeducation, and process-oriented dialogue. Themes may include emotional regulation, boundaries and consent, shame resilience, trauma responses, intimacy, and identity reclamation.
This group is rooted in the belief that healing is not linear—and that continued support, connection, and nervous system attunement are essential parts of the journey. Participants are invited to move at their own pace and engage in ways that feel authentic, supported, and empowering.
