RESTORATIVE DAY EXPERIENCES
At the heart of the vision of Galina & Co. are our Restorative Day Experiences. These experiences are intentionally curated to bring together a community of healers in a safe and nurturing space. They offer an opportunity to take the teachings and growth from individual sessions and deepen the connection to oneself and others.
What to Expect During a Restorative Day Experience:
A trauma-informed somatic movement experience such as Yin Yoga or Qi-Gong
An intentional trauma-informed process group, offering 75-120 minutes of shared communal space focused on healing. Timing is dependent on the event.
A light lunch or refreshments, depending on the curated event.
Somatic integration through restorative drumming, sound bath, or meditation.
Intentional journaling and processing.
Most importantly, this is a space to pause from the busyness of life and engage in healing as a community of women, mothers, healers, and humans. It’s a chance for us to connect in real-time, fostering deeper bonds and supporting one another on our healing journeys.
