Kristina Navarro, LCSW
Founder
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a deep commitment to helping women and families navigate their healing journeys. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, and I specialize in supporting individuals who are healing from complex trauma, including sexual assault, neglect, and developmental trauma. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), the Trauma Resilience Model (TRM), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and ego states/parts work to guide clients through healing and personal growth.
In addition to my work in community mental health and intensive services, I have had the honor of serving as a clinical director at a residential treatment center, where I supported neurodivergent youth and their families. In this role, I helped families navigate challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment wounds, and neurodivergent-related issues.
I have extensive experience supporting adolescents, women, families, and parents, including those navigating challenges related to emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and trauma healing.
As the founder of Galina & Co., my holistic therapy practice is designed to honor each person’s unique story. I create a safe, compassionate space for you to reconnect with your true self, process overwhelming emotions, and cultivate lasting change. I believe that healing is possible when you are met with understanding, attunement, and the right tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Whether through individual therapy, group sessions, or immersive experiences, my goal is to guide you through the process of healing, growth, and transformation. It is my privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward inner peace and resilience.
MISSION
At Galina & Co., I am dedicated to creating a compassionate space where healing transcends traditional therapy. My approach is holistic, grounded in nervous system awareness, authentic connection, and transformative healing experiences. I believe that true healing occurs when we feel safe, supported, and truly seen -both as individuals and within the context of our relationships.
My work integrates trauma-informed modalities with somatic practices, mindfulness, and resilience-building techniques, ensuring healing on both emotional and physiological levels. I view healing as an ongoing journey, empowering high-functioning adults to break free from long-held patterns, heal intergenerational trauma, and enhance emotional resilience. The goal is lasting change that extends far beyond individual sessions and into everyday life.
The name Galina holds deep personal significance -it was my mother’s name.
A woman of strength, resilience, and love, she instilled in me the values that continue to guide the work I do at Galina & Co. Every offering is inspired by her legacy and the belief that true healing happens when we are met with compassion, connection, and understanding.

I believe that true healing occurs when we feel safe, supported, and truly seen -both as individuals
